Yes, we do rent our brew room for private events in Lenexa, Kansas!
With space for up to 60 guests, Limitless Brewing offers a fun, relaxed setting for birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, company gatherings, team events, reunions, showers, meetings, and other special occasions.
Our private event space gives your group a place to gather and connect while enjoying the welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that makes Limitless special. And, of course, you’ll be celebrating right inside a local craft brewery, with Limitless beers ready to be part of the occasion.

- Monday - Thursday 4p to 9p $200
- Friday 4p to 9p $300

The space is available for a 4-hour block during these hours.
*Sunday is for the whole day
What is included with Your Event Space
We want to make hosting your event at Limitless Brewing as easy as possible. Your event space rental includes tables, benches, and tablecloths, giving you a comfortable space that’s ready for your guests when they arrive.
You are welcome to personalize the space for your celebration. Guests are responsible for providing their own place settings, serving items, centerpieces, and decorations, so you can create a look that fits your event, theme, or special occasion.
Set Up & Clean Up
We’ll set up the tables and seating for you before your event. Let us know how you would like the space arranged, and we’ll have it ready for your group.
When your event is over, please remove any items you brought with you, including decorations, food, serving pieces, and personal belongings. Our Limitless team will handle cleaning the tables and floors afterward.
That means less time worrying about setup and cleanup—and more time enjoying your event and the people you invited!
Food & Drinks for Your Event
We want your event at Limitless Brewing to feel like your own, so you're welcome to bring in outside food or work with the caterer of your choice. Whether you're planning a fully catered meal, appetizers, pizza, desserts, or something simple for your guests to enjoy, you can choose what works best for your event.
We do not allow outside beverages, but we're happy to work with you on special drink requests. If there’s a particular beverage, beer style, or other drink you’d like to have available for your celebration, just let us know when you're planning your event. We’ll talk through the options and do our best to make it happen.
Our goal is to make hosting your event at Limitless as easy and enjoyable as possible—you bring the people and the food, and we'll help take care of the drinks and welcoming brewery atmosphere!
